UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT: This isn’t an extravagant luxury home; it’s a tidy, simple space. Whether you're exploring the city, visiting family, or enjoying a weekend getaway, this home makes a great home base. It's not a vacation home, but it’s ideal for guests coming in for a quick visit or working in the area for extended stays. Stay in historic Ashford Park without breaking the bank. The driveway is on an incline, so please be mindful if you have mobility issues. This unit truly is no frills. - There is a K-Cup machine, but bring your own coffee. - We have hand soap, but bring your own body wash, shampoo, and conditioner - We have a fully equipped kitchen, but bring your own seasoning. - There is a fridge, but bring your own bottled water. - There is a nice living room to relax, but only one TV in the unit. Noteworthy Points 1. Please do NOT go in the backyard. The deck is very weak and is not set up for outdoor entertainment. 2. Please smoke outside. 3. This is an upper-middle-class neighborhood. Please “do not” have loud conversations/arguments inside/outside the unit. This WILL bring the police and will most likely get you terminated from your stay! You’ll be just minutes from shops and restaurants in Dresden, Brookhaven, downtown Chamblee, and more. For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder, but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. The host conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one, but if you do, understand it's not an infestation.
