You probably will not see one, but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods to reduce the chances of insects, and maintain the provided stoppers placed appropriately in kitchen drains. For longer term stays certain maintenance issues may arise. If you have hair balls causing the sinks to drain slowly, light bulbs have failed or smoke detectors are chirping, please let us know and we will schedule a maintenance visit to remediate these issues. Lawn service is typically scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, depending on the weather, sometimes early in the morning. Please clean the grill before departure, or a $25 grill cleaning fee will be billed to you after check-out.
