This stay was perfect. Levongia is so helpful. She even creatively welcomed us with thoughtful event favors. The place is immaculate and currently designed. Comfy beds, lovely space and nice neighborhood Parking was easy too. I would stay there again without a doubt for any visit to Atlanta as it is easy to get into downtown, midtown, the stadium and all else. We had a car for a quick drive to a MARTA (train station). I highly recommend this space!

Very pleased overall! The upstairs tenants can be a little loud given that it’s an older house with hard flooring, but other than that we loved the house! Very comfortable, walking distance (0.5 miles) to grocery stores and amazing bagels, and overall located in a super accessible part of Atlanta. Less than 30 minutes to Truist Park, less than 30 minutes to the airport, and only about 15 minutes to downtown spots like the aquarium and countless restaurants. Kids loved it too!

Teresa Kay was a great host. There was great communication throughout the stay of the visit. The unit was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Thank you.

The house is in a quiet well maintained neighborhood, it was clean, and close to attractions. The host was very professional and attentive. I would definitely book again in the future.

Great area/As described+NO WAIT responses! The level of comfort a clean & properly equipped space gives is worth the extra cost. We had everything we needed: cleaning supplies in both bathrooms & also the kitchen -including Lysol sanitizing wipes & spray, broom, dustpan& a spray swiffer. That’s not all- there were bedside lamps with USB ports, suitcase stand, hangers,a collapsible step stool, iron& ironing board in master closet. Laundry supplies & several full size, hard plastic, collapsible laundry baskets. Bedrooms & living room had several really plush, full size blankets & high quality throw pillows that made lounging around & getting comfortable effortless. We had easy access to WiFi, streaming entertainment & even some card games to play. Also worth mentioning Is the many kitchen appliances, dishes & selection of spices & extras you don’t need to go get if you cook. Bonus for the feminine supplies in bathrooms! This all ensures satisfied customers guaranteed to return! TYSM!

5 of us were visiting Atlanta for a friends wedding and chose Teresa’s place as it was close to the venue and affordable. The place is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The place was clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Instructions were very clearly provided and the hosts are extremely responsive!

Such a Cozy, Convenient Escape—Exactly What I Needed! I stayed here during a quick reset trip, and honestly, this townhouse was exactly what I needed. The space had such a calm, peaceful energy the moment I walked in. The king-sized bed? Super comfy—I slept like a baby. I appreciated the smart layout and how everything felt intentionally designed, from the soft lighting to the modern kitchen setup. I also loved how close it was to the airport—perfect since I didn’t feel like navigating far after my flight. The neighborhood was quiet but felt safe, and having a parking spot made it even easier. The host communicated clearly, and check-in was seamless. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. If you’re a solo traveler like me or just want a cute, clean, and stress-free place to stay in ATL, I definitely recommend this spot. Would absolutely book again!

I had a great stay. The neighborhood is in a quiet and safe location. I appreciated the alarm system which gave me that extra sense of protection. Conveniently located right off the highway and also close to restaurants and sightseeing spots. Having in-unit laundry was an added bonus that made my stay feel like a home away from home. I very much appreciate the communication the team gave. They respond quickly. Also, the shower is amazing!!

I absolutely loved my stay at Tracy’s place—it truly felt like a home away from home. The suite was spotless, and the decor was both stylish and cozy. I stayed for a month and honestly wished I could have stayed even longer. Tracy was a fantastic host—very responsive and incredibly helpful. She provided a great list of local restaurants, which made exploring the area so much easier. Any time I reached out, even late at night (sometimes after midnight 😅), she responded quickly and kindly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!
