For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder, but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices. We conduct regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south, know that certain bugs are common in Georgia, like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but only in a single line. One additional car may be parked on the grass to the LEFT side only. While on the property, guests may hear church bells and high school football games.

Great stay at Teresa's place. We had tickets to attend Fridays production at the theater downtown. The house is only about 6 blocks away so we walked down and ate at one the restaurants prior to the show. Very convenient location, incredibly clean, quiet, and easy to get to. Would definitely recommend.
