This neighborhood enjoy a stroll through the neighborhood exploring the magnificent architecture of the homes. You can enjoy a walking food tour in the square to sample foods from all over the world. Marietta square has two live performance theaters as well as the Marietta Square Market (food court), coffee shops, antique shops, fountain in the square which features live bands and other entertainment. Plan your schedule for food trucks and fairs. This property is only 1 mile from I-75. In addition, this property is 8 miles to Truist Park (The Battery), 18 miles up I-75 to LakePoint Sports Complex and Red Top Mountain State Park, 18 miles down I-75 to Centennial Olympic Park, 10 miles down I-75 to Cumberland Mall, 15 miles to Perimeter Mall in Dunwoody and Lenox Mall in Buckhead. The famous Marietta Diner is 3 miles away that has been featured on Food Network. Marietta Square is full of many types of foods, authentic chinese, BBQ, an excellent steakhouse and gourmet Mexican/Japanese fusion to name a few. There are two live show theaters also.

Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter and a reminder message sent to the guest 60 minutes before the 4PM check-in time.

It's within walking distance of WellStar Kennestone Hospital and less than a mile from I-75, making it an excellent choice for medical professionals and those needing quick access to Atlanta’s healthcare hubs. Nestled in a secluded neighborhood, the loft provides everything needed for both short- and long-term stays. The open-concept studio features a queen-sized bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size stove/oven and refrigerator. The living area is designed for relaxation, with a plush leather couch and a comfortable La-Z-Boy recliner positioned for optimal TV viewing. A 50" 4K HDTV with Roku streaming service and popular apps allows you to log into your accounts and enjoy your favorite shows. For storage, the loft includes an antique chest of drawers for folded clothing and a spacious hallway closet with hanging space, an iron, and a tabletop ironing board. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage below the unit, accessible via the staircase. All our properties are cleaned using natural products with no harsh chemicals. Early Check-in: Guests can request early check-in starting at 1 PM ET, which is three hours before our standard 4 PM check-in. Typically, our housekeeping team works until 4 PM to prepare the space; however, for an additional fee of $40, we can have the space ready by 1 PM ET. If you need to check in even earlier than 1 PM ET, we recommend booking the night before your arrival to ensure immediate access in the morning. You can pay the early check-in fee either through your booking platform or via a direct payment link. Once we receive your payment, we will schedule your early check-in and update your access codes. Please note that early check-in is subject to housekeeping availability, so be sure to inquire at least two business days before your check-in date.

Other Details to Note

For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. For bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. M&T Hospitality Solutions conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods. However, if you're not from the south know that certain bugs are common in Georgia like water bugs, stink bugs, and small spiders, and are in every household. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation.

If you would like a brisk walk the loft is 1.2 miles to Marietta Square. If you prefer to drive the loft is 5 minutes to downtown Marietta and there are plenty of street and public parking lots. Uber is another option that should only be a few dollars to go back and forth.
