IF YOUR VEHICLE CANNOT CLEAR 8', IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU TAKE AN ALTERNATE ROUTE. US41 TO W FELTON IS THE SUGGESTED WAY. By default, two bedrooms are open for each booking. However, other bedrooms will be unlocked to scale the confirmed guest list (occupants) on each booking. For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices. For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the first week of each new monthly booking. You probably will not see one but if you do, understand it's not an infestation. Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but only in a single line. One additional car may be parked on the grass to the LEFT side only. Teresa's places are good values. I made a short notice visit to Cartersville and since I'd stayed at one of her listings before, booked again with her. The neighborhood is barely outside the DT area and very quiet. The house was comfortable and clean with covered parking. Since she offers special pricing for return guests, I'll look her up next time I'm in town
